About the Role
The Telecom Construction Supervisor supports all phases of utility construction on a variety of telecom projects, ensuring work is done correctly and on schedule. This role leads by example, fosters a company‑wide safety culture, and drives teams to meet deadlines while delivering quality outcomes. • Develop team’s telecom construction (aerial & underground) skills. • Lead by example and reinforce company safety culture. • Drive crew to meet deadlines and deliver quality projects. • Provide high‑level customer service during client interactions. • Direct multiple crews and oversee job site activities. • Prioritize daily safety and maintain high‑quality work standards. • Solve complex problems with a hands‑on approach. • Lead construction crews and support their day‑to‑day needs. • Troubleshoot field issues and coach team members.
