About the Role

The position works closely with business unit leaders, HR partners, and local universities to align talent needs with the company's growth objectives, while contributing to continuous improvement and lean practices across HR functions. • Promote company culture, values, and diversity & inclusion initiatives. • Partner with regional hiring managers and HR to define talent needs and job requirements. • Manage end‑to‑end campus recruitment: post jobs, source candidates, screen, shortlist, schedule interviews, extend offers, oversee background checks and onboarding. • Build and maintain talent pipelines using ATS, social media, resume databases, and university relationships. • Apply lean methodologies (e.g., Kanban, A3 problem solving) to improve Talent Acquisition processes. • Develop creative strategies to position Turner as an “Employer of Choice.” • Participate in company‑wide HR projects and continuous improvement efforts.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, possess several years of campus recruitment experience—preferably within the construction sector—and demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. The role requires the ability to work independently, uphold confidentiality, and meet the physical and safety requirements outlined by Turner. • Require bachelor’s degree in Business/HR and 3+ years campus recruiting experience; preferred construction industry background and HR certifications (PHR, SHRM‑CP). • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills while maintaining confidentiality and high integrity.
