About the Role
• Update and maintain project, employee, and client data in Microsoft D365 (marketing database). • Prepare expense reports and book travel. • Coordinate and arrange meals for special events, rehearsal meetings, presentations, projects, and department luncheons. • Support conference and event planning efforts. • Assist with production of proposals, leave‑behind materials, and reports as needed. • Support project managers and Marketing Coordinators by gathering resume information, project experience, completing complex forms, and compiling materials for proposals. • Conduct research tasks to aid marketing managers and leaders. • Print and bind large technical documents. • Gather information from subconsultants and perform subconsultant coordination as directed. • Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and staff calendars. • Arrange FedEx and courier delivery services. • Provide front‑desk coverage, handling phones, client interactions, and employee assistance as needed.

What You Bring
The role supports the Carolinas Marketing team, requiring a proactive, detail‑oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates must have at least two years of professional office experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). The position also demands strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and teamwork.
