About the Role
The Customer Project Manager is responsible for monitoring order production and shipment while collaborating across functions to execute project plans. This onsite role reports to the Senior Project Management Office Manager and requires daily presence at the Lancaster, NY office. In this role you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring detailed customer requirements are captured, timelines and budgets are met, risks are mitigated, and communication remains clear. You will lead cross‑functional teams, conduct regular meetings to resolve challenges, evaluate outcomes, and drive continuous improvement for future projects. • Define and communicate detailed customer requirements with Sales and Application Engineering. • Serve as liaison between Motivair and customers to build partnership during deployment. • Ensure customer satisfaction, meet contractual obligations, and manage timelines, budgets, risk, and communication. • Lead weekly cross‑functional production meetings to address project challenges. • Drive projects from sales proposal through deployment using established delivery processes. • Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to align goals and expectations. • Validate design requirements, schedules, and costs with Product Development and Service Engineering. • Foster a collaborative team environment emphasizing accountability and excellence. • Manage multiple simultaneous projects valued from $200K to over $100M. • Execute pre‑execution tasks such as quote reviews and proposal input. • Conduct post‑execution activities to ensure customer interface and satisfaction. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance processes. • Make independent decisions, assimilate new information, and advise customers and management autonomously.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least five years of project management experience; a background in datacenter infrastructure or HVAC is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills, be proficient with project management software, and be able to work primarily in an office setting with up to 20% travel. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Possess 5+ years of project management experience; datacenter or HVAC background preferred. • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. • Proficient with project management software and adaptable to shifting priorities.

Benefits
This full‑time U.S. position offers a compensation range of $96,000 to $120,000 annually, which includes base salary and a short‑term incentive.
