About the Role

The Director of Programs acts as a corporate real‑estate generalist and trusted advisor, guiding clients from idea to occupancy to align business objectives with real‑estate solutions. This role identifies priorities, communicates project scope, and leads delivery teams and stakeholders to achieve quality, speed, predictability, and business‑enabling outcomes. Key responsibilities include leading business‑partner relationships, developing and implementing real‑estate solutions, managing stakeholder engagement, and establishing a trusted advisor relationship with client counterparts. The director also formulates strategic vision, drives awareness of established frameworks, escalates risks, manages approval processes, and provides executive‑level reporting on portfolio performance. • Lead business partner relationships and interface for all assigned projects and initiatives. • Partner with service lines and stakeholders to develop and implement real‑estate solutions. • Develop and execute stakeholder management strategies, ensuring client and partner input is incorporated. • Establish a trusted‑advisor relationship with client counterparts as a corporate‑real‑estate SME. • Drive awareness of established frameworks and adapt creatively to dynamic business needs. • Document organizational vision and align real‑estate initiatives with business objectives. • Formulate comprehensive workplace and corporate real‑estate strategies and recommendations. • Escalate risks appropriately throughout the organization. • Manage approval processes for all assigned projects. • Lead multidisciplinary teams by communicating expectations, accountability, and providing performance feedback. • Apply real‑estate development frameworks and methodologies to achieve project objectives. • Integrate service delivery platforms across transaction management, occupancy planning, project management, facility management, and experience services. • Provide executive‑level dashboards and presentations on project performance across the portfolio. • Identify strategic opportunities that enhance value creation by leveraging real‑estate to meet business priorities. • Oversee multidisciplinary teams, offering guidance, support, and performance feedback. • Develop strategic vision, organizational priorities, and actionable recommendations. • Produce high‑quality program reporting, documentation, and lessons learned. • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

What You Bring

Successful candidates possess a solid understanding of the full project lifecycle, experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams, and proven construction project and program management expertise. Deep knowledge of workplace strategy, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent customer‑facing communication, and the ability to work in ambiguous situations are essential. A BA/BS in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Interior Design and at least 8 years of relevant experience are required. The position is on‑site in Atlanta, GA or Wichita, KS, does not provide visa sponsorship, and offers an estimated salary range of $125,000–$140,000 per year. • Understand full project lifecycle management and execute complex, multi‑workstream projects. • Demonstrate proven construction project management and program management experience. • Possess deep knowledge of workplace strategy and the impact of physical environments on performance. • Expertise in real‑estate development processes and application of industry frameworks. • Exhibit strong analytical, problem‑solving, and proactive risk‑mitigation skills. • Deliver superior customer‑facing service with excellent verbal and written communication. • Thrive in ambiguous situations and create new processes to address complex challenges. • Hold a BA/BS in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Interior Design. • Bring at least 8 years of relevant experience. • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
