About the Role
In this role you will perform quality control testing on aggregate materials to ensure they meet specifications. You will collect, prepare, and analyze material samples using standardized testing procedures, accurately document and report results, and communicate findings to operations and leadership teams. What You Bring
We are looking for candidates who can reliably perform material testing and interpret results accurately. Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality and safety standards, and the ability to follow standardized testing methods consistently are essential. Effective communication, the capacity to work independently, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environment are also required. Successful candidates must complete a post‑offer physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check; some positions may require ongoing FMCSA‑regulated testing. The work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, extreme temperatures, humidity, and elevated noise levels. • Demonstrate accurate material testing and result interpretation skills. • Exhibit strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards. • Follow standardized testing methods consistently.

Benefits
The position offers a starting wage of $21.00 per hour and includes a 401(k) retirement plan with automatic company contributions and matching.
