About the Role

• Conduct and lead multiple maintenance requirement/optimisation investigations. • Gather and analyse data from Design Authorities and JPET members. • Identify and recommend actions that reduce maintenance volume and increase platform availability. • Produce clear technical reports documenting findings and recommendations. • Work collaboratively in a Scrum Agile environment using Azure DevOps for planning and task management. • Apply investigative and questioning mindset to challenge existing maintenance requirements.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will have a background in the UK submarine sector and a strong analytical, investigative mindset. Security clearance is required, with support provided for applicants, and the role is open to UK nationals or MoD‑approved dual nationals. It is a full‑time position based in Bristol, classified under Engineering for Services, and may involve online cognitive and behavioural assessments as part of the selection process. • Demonstrate experience within the UK submarines enterprise (Navy, MOD, prime industry partners). • Possess safety case knowledge and report‑writing expertise. • Proficiency with Azure DevOps. • Hold or be able to obtain a Security Check clearance (support provided). • Eligibility limited to UK nationals or MoD‑approved dual nationals.
