What You Bring

The Budd Group’s Leader in Training (LIT) program is designed for recent or upcoming graduates eager to move quickly from classroom learning to real-world impact. Rather than starting in an entry-level role, participants are fast-tracked toward management positions. The program runs for one year and begins in June, though start dates can be adjusted to fit the candidate’s schedule. Participants rotate through every division of the company, gaining hands-on experience in field operations as well as exposure to sales, human resources, and finance functions. Through this immersion, trainees learn how to lead teams, oversee sizable budgets, and contribute to company growth, building a high-level toolkit that spans operations, people management, and strategic planning. Ideal candidates are graduates from the past year who exhibit natural leadership, are comfortable working on the ground, and want to make a tangible difference in their community and career. • Train to step directly into a management role upon completion. • Open to recent or upcoming graduates (within the last year) with natural leadership and hands‑on attitude.
