About the Role

As a member of our facilities team you will be the backbone of operations, ensuring world‑class building performance through expert maintenance and repair of mechanical, plumbing, electrical and life‑safety systems. The role balances strategic preventative maintenance with critical emergency response, while managing vendor relationships and inventory systems to keep facilities running safely and seamlessly. • Lead preventative maintenance initiatives by cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing critical equipment components • Serve as first responder to facility emergencies and service requests, making an immediate difference • Execute electrical and mechanical repairs including lighting systems, ballasts, fixtures, motors, pumps, and plumbing infrastructure • Drive operational excellence through detailed maintenance reporting, precise record‑keeping, and strategic equipment inventory management • Partner with vendors to optimize quality, pricing, and service delivery across facility operations • Monitor system performance through equipment readings and proactive adjustments to maximize efficiency • Ensure accuracy in parts procurement and maintain comprehensive tool and instrument inventories • Champion safety excellence through proper hazardous materials storage, usage, and disposal protocols

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a high‑school diploma or GED with two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration and HVAC, possesses a valid driver’s license and is comfortable using basic computer applications such as Word and Excel. A certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs is required or can be obtained within 90 days, and the ability to analyse system operations, diagnose problems and implement corrective actions is essential. Strong customer‑service skills, a safety‑focused mindset, and experience with vendor and inventory management are preferred. This position works the 3rd (night) shift with 24/7 on‑call emergency response, offers an estimated salary of $72,000 per year, and is located on‑site in Malvern, PA. No visa sponsorship is provided; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
