About the Role

The lead will develop and support Fusion OTC‑OM processes, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve system performance, and implement DevOps strategies that streamline development, testing, and deployment. Post‑go‑live, the incumbent will monitor performance, ensure high availability, and mentor junior team members while meeting project timelines and stakeholder expectations. • Lead development and support of Fusion OTC‑OM processes. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to boost system performance and reliability. • Implement DevOps strategies for streamlined development, testing, and deployment. • Monitor and optimize system availability and minimize downtime post‑go‑live. • Stay current with Fusion technologies and DevOps tools for continuous improvement. • Mentor and guide junior team members. • Ensure project timelines and stakeholder expectations are met. • Perform system configuration, testing, and user training. • Analyze and address Oracle Fusion enhancement and change requests. • Coordinate with Fusion DevOps, Solution Architects, and other application teams to resolve integration issues. • Drive automation to reduce support tickets and eliminate manual tasks. • Follow JCI Major Incident management process for critical issues (P1/P2). • Configure functional solutions for small‑ and large‑scale initiatives. • Write SQL‑based reports for troubleshooting independently. • Utilize Jira, Panaya, ServiceNow, and Power BI for project tracking and incident management.

What You Bring

The position is for an Oracle Fusion OTC OM Functional Lead based in Bangalore, requiring over 12 years of experience. The role focuses on the Order‑to‑Cash cycle within Order Management, covering order orchestration, master data, pricing, fulfillment, transfer orders, and month‑end close, with a strong emphasis on DevOps methodologies. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, or a related field and have 12+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERP. Required expertise includes Order Management, extensions, orchestration, pricing, functional configuration, SQL troubleshooting, cloud integration (FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs), and proficiency with Office 365, Jira, ServiceNow, and Power BI. Preferred qualifications include Oracle Cloud certifications, Agile methodology experience, and knowledge of additional Oracle modules.
