Lead ANZ talent strategy, development, and governance across AECOM

About the Role
The Talent Strategy, Planning and Execution role for the ANZ region works closely with the P&C Director to design and implement talent management strategies that align with global frameworks. This position leads talent reviews, succession planning, and data‑driven insights while partnering with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and ensure governance of talent processes. • Develop and implement regional talent management strategies (build/buy/borrow/bot) aligned with global frameworks. • Lead cyclical talent reviews, succession planning, and development processes for the ANZ region. • Analyze internal and external talent data to inform retention, succession, and capability strategies. • Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and create actionable workforce plans. • Maintain governance of talent review data and capture actionable insights. • Act as liaison between ANZ and global talent teams to ensure alignment of priorities. • Oversee AECOM University learning governance, training procedures, and learning hour tracking. • Coach top talent and embed talent principles across managers and leaders. • Identify, develop, and retain high‑potential employees and future leaders. • Manage talent assessments, coaching setups, and development planning. • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within talent management. • Conduct pulse surveys, analyze results, and recommend actions to improve engagement and retention. • Support ANZ performance and promotions reporting, generating goal‑setting and evaluation reports. • Design and manage promotion workflows, communications, and celebration events. • Produce regional ratings and promotions analysis, handling moderation actions. • Lead scheduling and delivery of virtual instructor‑led trainings and events for graduates and interns. • Manage onboarding materials to ensure consistent experiences at scale. • Lead the Discover AECOM program, including governance, feedback analysis, and proposals.

What You Bring
• Hold a tertiary qualification in Business or a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience. • Demonstrate expertise in talent management, employee engagement, data storytelling, commercial acumen, and project execution.
