Activity & Wellness Assistant

About the Role

• Plan and lead group and one‑on‑one activities within budget, maintaining records and receipts • Develop activities compliant with community policies and state guidelines • Decorate for holidays, update bulletin boards, and set up activity spaces • Maintain and clean the activity room after use • Promote the community through activity programs • Produce and distribute a monthly newsletter and activity calendar • Coordinate resident and family volunteer programs in the community • Transport residents to scheduled activities and appointments

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (required) • 1–2 years of work‑related experience (preferred) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (preferred) • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record • Strong teamwork and collaborative attitude • Track resident attendance at activities
