About the Role

The Senior Manager – Transactions & Advisory Group is a client‑facing real estate professional tasked with sourcing and executing commercial real estate investment opportunities. The role involves managing investor relationships with UHNIs, HNIs, family offices, and developers, and supporting end‑to‑end transaction execution and the preparation of investment materials. • Engage with UHNIs, family offices, and developers to build a robust pipeline and convert relationships into investment opportunities. • Source and evaluate commercial real estate deals using market intelligence and on‑ground insights, supporting negotiations and due diligence. • Execute live transactions, performing financial analysis (IRR, NPV, sensitivities), deal structuring, and coordinating with legal, technical, and financial teams. • Prepare high‑impact investment materials such as teasers, decks, market presentations, and investor updates. • Act as liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across all deal stages.

What You Bring

• 4–6 years of experience in investment consulting, wealth management, or commercial real estate advisory with investor‑facing exposure. • Strong financial modelling abilities and proficiency with Excel‑based analyses (IRR, NPV, sensitivity modelling). • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting investment insights to senior stakeholders. • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, managing multiple deals simultaneously. • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Exposure to high‑value transactions and marquee investors and developers. • Strong learning curve with hands‑on deal‑making and investor relationship management experience.
