About the Role

Ventia delivers the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) for the Government of South Australia. We are looking for a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Inspection Scheduling Coordinator to manage the scheduling of inspections across a diverse portfolio of sites. This permanent full‑time Adelaide‑based role is key to ensuring the successful delivery of our inspection programs while keeping the client at the centre of everything we do. • Use VenPerks for discounts at over 450 Australian retailers. • Develop and maintain inspection schedules with Customer Success Managers and FAMs. • Liaise with AGFMA Senior Leadership to coordinate attendance at priority sites. • Work with Planning & Scheduling to confirm inspection due dates and drive activity progress. • Communicate inspection timetables to agencies and FAMs, providing clear notice and smooth workflow. • Support customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and transparent communication. • Promote SHEQ, risk management, and Ventia’s Safe for Life values in all work activities.

What You Bring

• Experience in facilities management, property, or related administrative/planning role. • Demonstrated ability in planning, scheduling, and project administration. • Strong customer service skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders. • Excellent numeracy, literacy and attention to detail.
