About the Role
The position serves as the on‑site project leader, managing the overall delivery of assigned projects and ensuring alignment with customer expectations. • Oversee project execution from planning through completion, delegating tasks and managing subcontractors. • Coordinate communication with customers throughout all project phases. • Work with the sales team to select, re‑select, and order HVAC equipment based on customer requirements. • Place equipment orders after design approval and follow up on change orders and consultant comments. • Liaise with factories, forwarders, customers, and subcontractors to ensure timely equipment delivery. • Resolve technical issues on site and perform detailed site measurements. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including certifications, drawings, and financial records. • Forecast revenue and billing, monitor contractor compliance, and report non‑compliance to management. • Work under Johnson Controls’ Zero Harm safety policy.

What You Bring
Success in this role depends on strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners, proactive resolution of issues, and meticulous documentation throughout the project lifecycle. We seek candidates with an engineering degree or diploma, deep HVAC knowledge, and proficiency in industry software such as SAP and 2D/3D modeling tools. • Hold an engineering degree or diploma with strong HVAC systems expertise. • Demonstrate proficiency in SAP and 2D/3D HVAC modeling; drafting experience in AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks is a plus.
