About the Role

The Logistics Analyst coordinates drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity, and deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient service to customers. This role also oversees safety, customer experience, and overall productivity across operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety policies, analyzing daily route information, and using the internal routing platform to improve efficiency and accuracy. The analyst adjusts routes in real time, closes routes on time, resolves transit issues, manages driver safety, and analyzes logistics data such as inventory and asset reliability. Continuous communication with drivers supports route progress, performance evaluation, and resolution of missed pickups, while optimizing capacity and profitability through strategic route design and swing‑route assessment. Delivering a high level of customer experience involves courteous interactions, designing routes that prevent service issues, and keeping call center communications updated daily. The analyst prioritizes customer promises, reduces missed pickups, and proactively informs customers of any delays, ensuring adherence to universal service commitments.

What You Bring
