About the Role

• Read and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications to verify contractor compliance through observation, measurements, and testing. • Maintain detailed records of contractor manpower, equipment, daily activities, material deliveries, and site instructions. • Perform site supervision and inspections per Resident Engineer direction, applying quality controls and procedures. • Prepare site measurements, surveying checks, and comprehensive structural inspection reports with findings and recommendations. • Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance during construction and report violations. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure structural integrity and project specification compliance. • Participate in regular training and professional development to stay current with industry standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 7 years of structural inspection experience, preferably in building projects. • At least 3 years of experience working in the UAE (preferred). • Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance procedures. • Excellent site measurement and surveying skills. • Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate documentation. • Solid understanding of construction health and safety regulations. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized work approach. • Familiarity with relevant structural inspection and reporting software tools.
