About the Role

You will work directly with the manufacturing team to ensure that customer orders are executed in a timely and efficient manner and that the most urgent orders are fulfilled first. You will promote a safe, engaged and inclusive work culture by proactively addressing and resolving concerns, and escalating issues to your supervisor as appropriate. You will review orders and associated documentation (drawings, travel documents, bills of material) as needed to ensure the team has the appropriate information to complete the job and to assist with troubleshooting problems with the order documentation. You will communicate professionally to provide updates on the status of specific orders, resolve issues with production and promote teamwork across departments. You will participate in the assessment, selection, training and development of employees as the technical subject matter expert. You will ensure a flexible workforce through cross training in critical positions. What You Bring

You will exhibit strong analytical and problem solving skills so as to resolve any obstacles or delays that may occur in the production process. You will work with the team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive assigned projects to completion. You will manage paperwork daily to ensure production rates are met. A high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution is required, and an associate's degree is preferred. Candidates must have at least 3 months (or 1 year for higher responsibility) of leadership experience managing people or project teams. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. No relocation benefit is offered. Only candidates residing within a 50‑mile radius of the Sumter facility will be considered. Strong verbal and written communication, persuasive and analytical problem‑solving skills are essential. The role requires strong organizational and planning abilities, the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities, and the ability to influence others without formal authority while working independently. Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime to support business needs is required. • Hold a high school diploma/GED; associate’s degree preferred • Minimum 1 year leadership experience (or 3 months for entry‑level) managing people or project teams • Possess strong verbal, written, persuasive, and analytical communication skills • Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and multi‑project management abilities • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; no relocation assistance • Reside within 50 mi of Sumter facility
