About the Role

In this role you will work closely with a project manager or senior project manager, taking ownership of small projects and supporting larger ones. You will define the organisational structure, streamline reporting and communication, and set clear project objectives. Attendance at Project Control Group meetings and assisting with accurate PCG reports are essential, as is driving the use of JLL technology such as Project Home Page, Prolog, and Atlas. Building strong client relationships is central to the position. You will identify client needs, balance those with JLL’s business objectives, and look for cross‑selling opportunities across our business lines. Managing project revenue and payment cycles to prevent bad debt is also required. You will uphold JLL’s legacy of excellence by managing professional consultants, overseeing vendor contracts in line with legal requirements, and protecting commercial interests. Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation measures is part of the responsibility. What You Bring
