About the Role
Responsible for the administration and execution of assigned projects in a safe, profitable, and timely manner, often managing multiple large or complex projects. Builds professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and participates in business development, estimating, bidding, and contract negotiations. • Lead transition from estimating to field, conducting contract review meetings covering requirements, schedules, budgets, subcontracts, and purchase orders. • Complete project closeout, punch lists, and warranty callbacks promptly to maintain client relationships. • Coordinate with the Project Superintendent on methods, manpower, equipment, and material resources to ensure profitable execution. • Maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. • Ensure overall project success: safety, schedule, profitability, quality, customer satisfaction, and personnel decisions. • Manage billing processes, submit payment applications, and collect payments timely. • Develop CPM schedule with Superintendent, coordinate procurement, and utilize the Last Planner System. • Participate in estimate preparation and review, focusing on cost control, constructability, equipment, materials, manpower, and schedule. • Support business development through client contact, proposals, presentations, and negotiations. • Prepare monthly progress reports by the 6th, using data to manage costs and forecast. • Review purchase orders and subcontracts from the estimating department promptly. • Administer prime contract terms, subcontract agreements, purchase orders, insurance, and issue written notices as needed. • Review and execute change orders, supplements, and budget adjustments. • Verify subcontractor insurance before onsite work begins. • Perform regular physical tasks such as reaching, stooping, lifting, and climbing stairs or ladders. • Use phones, computers, and email to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring
• Require 10‑15 years of construction project management experience for Step I or 15+ years for Step II. • Hold a four‑year construction‑related degree or equivalent technical training and/or experience. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
