This includes providing guidance on best practices, relevant procedures, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety requirements. • Lead and manage high‑performing front‑line operational teams in South London. • Supervise Trade Operatives on site, ensuring objectives, standards and health & safety compliance. • Allocate and coordinate repair and maintenance jobs across specific trades within defined timeframes. • Provide guidance on best practices, procedures and coaching to improve team performance. • Complete a 10‑question role‑related questionnaire as part of the application process.
