Sr Project Manager - Commercial Construction

About the Role

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will lead projects from the initial budget through closeout, prioritizing safety, quality, and financial performance. You will collaborate with project management and field supervision teams, maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to strategic planning and growth of the workplace market segment. In addition, you will mentor less‑experienced project management staff. • Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding client needs. • Estimate, value engineer, and develop project budgets. • Facilitate the subcontractor bid process, handling documentation and tracking. • Utilize software tools and templates to manage project documentation. • Negotiate subcontractor and material buyouts and develop subcontracts. • Plan and schedule projects effectively. • Coordinate subcontractors, resolve conflicts, and uphold quality and safety on all jobs. • Manage project costs, forecast labor, material, and equipment expenses, and analyze profits. • Perform comprehensive project closeout procedures. • Handle projects up to $50 million in size. • Stay current with workplace design trends and systems. • Build and maintain strong working relationships. • Maintain a detail‑oriented approach.

What You Bring

• Hold a B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline. • Possess 10–15 years of project management experience. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. • Be self‑motivated, able to work independently, and lead collaborative teams.
