About the Role
The Queensland Sector Manager will lead a high‑performing, inclusive multidisciplinary team of architects, landscape architects, urban designers and planners. The role is responsible for driving market growth, building trusted client relationships, securing strategic pursuits and ensuring technical excellence, governance and risk management across the region. • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and inclusive culture. • Drive Queensland market growth, build client relationships and win strategic pursuits. • Ensure project delivery excellence, governance, quality, safety and risk management. • Champion digital innovation by adopting emerging tools and technologies.

What You Bring
• Hold a tertiary qualification in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Urban Planning or related field. • Possess 20+ years of experience in urbanism and planning, leading complex multidisciplinary projects. • Demonstrate strong client‑facing skills, business development success and proposal wins. • Exhibit technical excellence, governance leadership and risk oversight in large organisations. • Show strategic mindset with focus on innovation, digital capability and inclusive practice, including First Nations engagement.
