About the Role
The Workplace Facility Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining office facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable work environment. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, vendor management, and compliance with health and safety standards. The executive oversees maintenance of office infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and furniture, and ensures cleanliness through housekeeping teams. They manage contracts and relationships with service providers such as security, catering, and cleaning, resolving any vendor issues promptly. Health and safety protocols are implemented and regularly audited to meet statutory regulations. The role also assists in preparing facility budgets, monitoring expenses, and generating performance and cost-optimization reports. Additionally, the executive acts as the primary contact for employee facility queries, promoting a positive workplace experience. • Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and office furniture. • Ensure workplace cleanliness and upkeep through housekeeping teams. • Manage contracts and relationships with facility service providers (security, catering, cleaning) and resolve issues. • Implement and audit health, safety, and statutory compliance protocols. • Prepare facility budgets, monitor expenses, and produce performance and cost‑optimization reports. • Monitor space utilization and assist with seating arrangements. • Serve as the first point of contact for employee facility requests and support.
