About the Role
As a Cleaner at Velociti Services, you will join the frontline team delivering commercial cleaning at client locations, performing standard custodial tasks such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping, and waste removal. You are expected to adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures, use proper personal protective equipment, maintain a clean work area, and present a professional appearance while communicating effectively with leads, supervisors, co‑workers, managers, and customers. Collaboration is key: you will support the shift lead by completing punch‑list items, fill in during staff shortages, build respectful relationships with teammates and guests, and coordinate activities with other internal departments while participating in team meetings. • Perform custodial duties: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste removal. • Clean and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and windows. • Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and maintain a clean work area. • Communicate professionally with supervisors, teammates, and customers. • Support shift lead, cover staff shortages, and complete punch‑list items. • Coordinate with internal departments and attend team meetings. • Provide exceptional customer service and uphold guest experience standards.
