About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day treasury operations, leading a team to ensure cash management, bank account administration, funding coordination, compliance and project advisory services are delivered efficiently and with high quality output. • Oversee daily cash management, review cash positions, cashflow reports, budgets, and loan/deposit requirements. • Lead bank account management, including mandates, new account setup, regional schedules and e‑banking processes. • Coordinate group funding operations, ensuring timely fund transfers and payment query resolution within 48 hours. • Ensure compliance with KYC, GDPR and other banking requirements, supporting the Treasury Business and Banking Lead. • Provide FX currency advice and project bidding support for non‑host‑country projects. • Manage Treasury Operations Team: conduct personal development reviews, oversee annual leave and team workload. • Support the Group Head of Treasury with ad‑hoc queries.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate will hold an AMCT qualification and have previous experience managing a treasury operations team.
