About the Role
• Maintain digital employee files and support general HR administration • Assist with background checks, audits, and employee record maintenance • Track start dates, status changes, and terminations • Review new-hire documentation for accuracy and completion • Assist with worker’s compensation reporting and tracking • Support high-volume onboarding and employee data entry • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality • Communicate with managers and new hires regarding onboarding requirements

What You Bring
An established hospitality organization is adding an HR Assistant to support corporate HR operations and high-volume onboarding. This role supports a large, multi-location workforce and requires strong attention to detail, comfort with volume, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment. • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • High school diploma or GED • 2+ years of administrative or data entry experience (HR preferred) • ADP Workforce Now and/or iCIMS experience preferred, not required • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Flexibility to occasionally work weekends as needed • Clear written and verbal communication skills
