About the Role
The position involves installing or repairing a variety of electrical equipment such as transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, conduit systems, receptacles, and other transmission gear, following blueprints, drawings, layouts, or specifications. You will locate and diagnose system troubles, perform standard load calculations, and use a range of electrician’s hand tools and measurement/test instruments. Secondary duties include general installation tasks related to electrical work. • Install and repair electrical equipment (transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, conduit systems, receptacles) using blueprints and specifications. • Locate and diagnose electrical system faults and perform load calculations. • Operate electrician hand tools and measurement/test instruments. • Perform general electrical installation duties as needed.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least five years of experience in the electrical construction industry, with construction, safety, and quality certifications considered a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer use is required, as is the ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lb and travel nationwide, including U.S. territories. A valid driver’s license, ability to pass a motor‑vehicle record check, DOT medical examination, pre‑employment drug test, and federal background check are also mandatory. • Minimum 5 years electrical construction experience; certifications in construction, safety, or quality a plus. • Proficient with MS Office and computer applications. • Ability to lift repeatedly up to 50 lb and travel 100% across the U.S. and territories; willingness to work overtime. • Valid driver’s license, pass motor‑vehicle record check, DOT medical exam, drug test, and federal background check.
