About the Role
• Plan, implement, and oversee VDC processes using appropriate technology platforms. • Serve as primary VDC contact for construction team members throughout all construction phases. • Provide training on VDC processes and support the Integrated Delivery Advancement Team (IDAT) community of practice. • Conduct daily work planning and document process improvements. • Perform VDC tasks such as existing conditions modeling, cost estimation, 4D phase planning, site analysis, design reviews, 3D visualization, coordination, site utilization planning, construction system design, digital fabrication, control planning, and record modeling.

What You Bring
Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Construction Coordinator (VDC) to join our Data Center Solutions Group to implement and oversee Virtual Design and Construction processes throughout phases of a project. Strong communication skills are necessary as you will be interacting with staff at all levels in an ever‑changing environment. Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to your success in this role. Being a local candidate is a plus! Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. • Hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in civil or construction engineering/management or a related field. • Have at least two years of relevant experience. • Be proficient with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro 4D, Trimble SketchUp, and Bluebeam Revu. • Have experience with Autodesk BIM 360 Field, Glue, 3DS Max, Civil 3D, Point Layout, Faro Scene, Google Earth Pro, and Adobe Suite. • Possess (preferred) familiarity with game engine technologies (Unity, Unreal, Lumion), parametric analysis tools (Dynamo, Grasshopper, Solibri), and 2D/3D rendering and post‑production capabilities. • Hold or obtain a Drone Pilot FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate within 90 days (company‑paid). • Demonstrate strong detail orientation, ability to manage multiple tasks, basic understanding of construction law, proficiency in Microsoft Office, positive attitude, and strong communication, teamwork, initiative, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.

Benefits
The base pay range for this role is $98,800 – $133,300, with higher ranges for specific locations. Base pay is positioned within the range based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity, and the position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
