About the Role
The engineer will assist in establishing and managing project budgets, scope expectations, and budget trending logs, as well as creating and managing project schedules and key milestones. What You Bring
Mortenson is seeking an experienced Design Phase Engineer I to support project leadership during the design phase, focusing on customer experience, financial performance, scheduling, estimating, design, and planning, and ensuring a smooth transition to construction operations. The role involves collaborating with the project team to align scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining excellent financial performance. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Estimating, or a related field, and have at least two years of relevant experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, and related web applications is required, and the role may require up to 100% travel. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Estimating, or related field • Minimum two years of relevant experience • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, and related web applications • Ability to travel up to 100%
