What You Bring
The HVAC Sustainability Sales role requires comprehensive expertise in central plant air‑conditioning and air‑side systems, as well as the ability to evaluate and communicate the energy performance of HVAC installations. Candidates must identify energy‑saving opportunities, craft commercial proposals grounded in detailed energy audits and bill‑of‑quantities, and maintain relationships with key retrofit consultants in West India. The position targets sales growth across hospitality, IT/ITES, commercial real‑estate, industrial, manufacturing and healthcare segments, emphasizing new customer acquisition, account expansion, and a structured sales methodology. Understanding competitor offerings and possessing certifications such as BEE, CEM or LEED are advantageous. Required behavioral traits include analytical articulation, self‑driven problem solving, and strong teamwork, supported by 8‑10 years of experience and a BE/B.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline. • In-depth knowledge of central plant HVAC and air‑side systems. • Ability to assess, benchmark, and communicate HVAC energy performance. • Expertise in identifying energy‑saving solutions for HVAC systems. • Familiarity with key retrofit consultants in West India. • Understand competitors’ product strengths and weaknesses. • Hold BEE, CEM, or LEED certification (preferred). • Exhibit structured articulation, analytical mindset, and sales acumen. • Self‑driven with strong problem‑solving and reflective skills. • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant domain experience. • BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical & Electronics, or Production Engineering (or equivalent deep domain knowledge).
