About the Role
In this position you will oversee the full project lifecycle—from conception through closeout—providing subject‑matter expertise, managing client relationships, and coordinating design, construction, and commissioning activities. You will also develop schedules, budgets, and strategies while ensuring alignment with client goals and internal standards. • Lead and deliver MEP/FP infrastructure projects across the Northeast for a major financial institution. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Guide design implementation from conceptual through construction documentation phases. • Develop and maintain master project schedules, budgets, and strategic plans. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resolve complex project issues. • Prepare and manage RFPs, conduct interviews, and select professional and contractor services. • Facilitate critical project meetings and stakeholder coordination. • Ensure adherence to submittal processes, change orders, and contract management protocols.

What You Bring
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, 7–10 years of relevant project management experience, and preferably a PMP certification. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and central plant, as well as strong scheduling, budgeting, and analytical abilities. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management. • Possess 7–10 years of experience managing MEP/FP projects, with PMP certification preferred. • Demonstrate deep knowledge of central plant, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and emergency infrastructure systems. • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and project management software such as PMWeb, Procore, or Autodesk. • Exhibit strong analytical, problem‑solving, and executive‑level interpersonal skills.
