About the Role

The Manager, Asset Management reports to the Senior Director and is responsible for onboarding solar and battery sites from Notice to Proceed through Commercial Operation Date and overseeing post‑COD operations. The role ensures maximum asset availability, compliance with financial, contractual, and regulatory requirements, and serves as the primary communication hub for all project‑related parties. In addition to project onboarding, the manager assists with technical and financial due diligence for new projects and collaborates across finance, accounting, legal, and operations functions to drive performance and cost‑effectiveness. • Lead onboarding and close‑out of solar and battery projects from NTP to COD. • Review key contract terms during construction and at substantial completion. • Create and manage project task lists, assigning internal and external owners. • Coordinate technical, accounting, tax, and financial personnel and contractors to meet deliverables. • Support O&M services and LTSA RFP processes for future projects. • Respond to auditor, financing institution, and internal queries about projects. • Conduct technical and financial due‑diligence for new operating company projects. • Oversee monthly PPA/merchant revenue settlement and monitor project costs against budget. • Collaborate with accountants to manage project bank accounts and maximize cash flow. • Prepare and update project budgets, departmental budgets, and financial models. • Communicate with owners, off‑takers, tax equity providers, lenders, and regulators to ensure compliance. • Manage OEM performance, warranties, and major maintenance activities. • Negotiate and manage shared‑facility service agreements. • Perform performance engineering to identify and address solar/BESS performance variances. • Produce monthly KPI reports and remedial action recommendations for stakeholders. • Support EPC team during SCADA commissioning and assist O&M with preventive and corrective maintenance. • Review operating data and generate analytic performance reports.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. • Minimum 2 years experience in finance, asset management, or related discipline. • Renewable‑energy industry experience; knowledge of PV electrical performance preferred. • Proficient with MS Project, Excel, and Office suite. • Understanding of interconnection and PPA processes with California/Western utilities and ISOs. • Familiarity with NERC‑compliant PV facilities preferred. • Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and organizational skills. • Ability to extract, summarize, and analyze large data sets. • Proven multitasking ability in fast‑paced environments; independent work style. • Effective communication and collaboration across finance, accounting, legal, and operations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
