About the Role

The Sr. Project Manager collaborates with design teams to address RFIs, submittals, and construction issues, supervises observation and inspection of work—including material sampling, testing, and measurement—and communicates non‑conforming work to contractors while reviewing contractor compliance with contract documents. Responsibilities include managing change and field orders, updating schedules, handling submittals, claims, pay requests, construction meetings, and closeout processes; defining tasks for others, providing supervision and approval, and preparing final report recommendations. The role requires evaluating project decisions for design soundness, schedule impact, budget, and overall needs, maintaining schedules, informing Group or Project Managers of activities, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, reading plans and specifications, and staying current on regulations; it may also serve as Project Manager on large, complex projects.
