About the Role
• Prepare food items per standard recipes, control portions, and minimize waste. • Stock the kitchen with necessary ingredients and assist on all line stations each meal period. • Clean and maintain equipment according to opening and closing checklists. • Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment needing repair promptly. • Follow Department of Health food and safety standards and company policies. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas. • Execute recipes and house‑made ingredients efficiently and present plated food accurately. • Respond urgently to guest needs during all interactions. • Work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts over 8 hours. • Stand, walk, and move for over 4 hours; lift/carry items up to 50+ pounds as needed.

What You Bring
• Require at least 12 months experience in high‑volume restaurant, resort, or private club. • Demonstrate English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding. • Possess knowledge of ServSafe and safe food handling practices; pass employer‑paid background check. • Exhibit positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Collaborate effectively in a team and stay calm during busy periods.
