About the Role
The role focuses on maintaining and increasing sales volume by selling title and escrow products to professional customers. Daily outbound calls to prospects are required, with accurate tracking of calls, expenses, and order volume. The representative will monitor competitor activity, assist in forecasting and territory planning, and continuously improve sales presentations and techniques. Participation in educational training programs, social events, and local trade associations is also expected. • Maintain and grow sales volume by selling title and escrow products to professional customers. • Make daily outbound calls to prospects and log calls, expenses, and order volume. • Monitor competitor actions and aid in sales forecasting and territory planning. • Deliver educational training programs and represent the company at social and trade events.

What You Bring
Lennar Title is seeking a Title Sales Representative or Escrow Officer to expand its builder business. Candidates should have either escrow production experience or a title license and can be located anywhere in Utah or Salt Lake County. Strong sales experience and an existing book of business are required, though the size of the book is flexible.
