About the Role

We are recruiting a Cost Manager for our Dublin office. The role involves delivering cost management services, collaborating with surveyors, supporting senior team members, and interfacing with clients and design teams. • Assist in the delivery of cost management commissions, supporting the successful completion of projects. • Work collaboratively with other Surveyors to provide high-quality cost management services across team projects. • Develop strong reciprocal relationships with consultants and members of the project team. • Act as an interface with AECOM clients and design team members on specific projects. • Manage the delivery of cost management team outputs on allocated projects, adhering to agreed timescales and quality standards. • Provide full Cost Management duties to AECOM clients on allocated projects. • Participate in non‑project related team activities and tasks such as QA, office management, business development, and health & safety.

What You Bring

• Hold a BSc or MSc degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management. • Be professionally qualified on the Statutory Register of Quantity Surveyors in Ireland, preferably chartered with RICS or SCSI. • Demonstrate excellent IT skills and ability to use digital measurement, cost planning, and tender document tools.
