About the Role
The role involves operating plant packing equipment safely and efficiently, supporting the plant’s production goals set by the client or owner. The position follows all hazardous waste handling guidelines, maintains tools and equipment, completes records, and performs clean‑up and housekeeping tasks while complying with safety and project rules. • Operates plant packing equipment in a safe and efficient manner. • Assumes responsibility for assisting in meeting plant production requirements as set by client/owner. • Communicating with supervision as necessary to ensure maximum performances as outlined by production goals. • Reads and interprets instructions and documentation and plans work activities. • Moves materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work sites. • Follows all hazardous waste handling guidelines. • Completes records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities. • Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules. • Plan work and select proper tools. • Compare and see differences in the size, shape and form of lines, figures and objects. • Visualize objects in three dimensions from plans and drawings. • Make decisions based on measurable criteria. • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

What You Bring
The job requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting and carrying up to 50 lb, as well as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, and fingering activities. • Observant of operating process equipment's and maintenance need. • May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with previous years of experience in the field or in a related area. • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
