About the Role
As a Move Coordinator, you will drive exceptional move experiences, overseeing the full move process, customer satisfaction, communication, and cost transparency. You will serve as the central coordination point for office moves and new‑hire onboarding, acting as a liaison between teams and vendors to ensure seamless workplace transitions and operational efficiency. • Manage new‑hire onboarding data, guide administrators and team leaders through move logistics, and update move matrices with technical requirements. • Assess cubicle conditions, order missing parts, review furniture layouts, label boxes, and prepare stations for moves. • Schedule movers, coordinate security badging, and handle disconnect/reconnect of computers, servers, printers, and phones. • Act as liaison between internal teams and move vendors, communicate desk changes, and oversee on‑site vendor activities during moves. • Coordinate power and data installations, submit service tickets for cleaning and desk setup, and ensure seamless connectivity. • Deliver welcome communications, troubleshoot lost items, manage scrap pickup, recycling, and crate collection. • Update seat assignments, compile move lists, and maintain transparency in cost reconciliation.

What You Bring
• Required: minimum three years of corporate office operations experience, strong proficiency with IT tools, analytical and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, customer‑service orientation, and ability to manage complex logistics. • Preferred: background in office relocations, space planning, or facility management; experience with telecom/IT equipment; contractor relationship management; development of standard operating procedures; and advanced client‑facing service experience.

Benefits
The position offers an estimated salary range of $55,000–$62,337 per year and is based on‑site in Boulder, CO. JLL does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
