An assembler is responsible for building and assembling connector components with precision and efficiency, following detailed specifications and quality standards. The role involves using hand tools, inspecting parts for accuracy, and ensuring products meet customer and company requirements. • Assemble connector components per detailed specifications and work instructions. • Read and interpret assembly diagrams and part lists to ensure accuracy. • Use hand tools and small equipment to fit, fasten, and secure parts. • Inspect completed assemblies for quality and compliance with standards. • Complete required documentation, including production and quality check forms. • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
