About the Role
The Retail Territory Manager (Remote) will own a territory of Home Depot and Lowe’s accounts, planning and executing daily retail visits. This role reports to Lazarus team and relies on data from SalesForce, Power BI and ShowPad to design efficient customer routes and meet sales targets. Key duties include driving top‑line sales to achieve quarterly and annual POS goals, partnering with store and district managers to align strategies, and analyzing store‑level performance to create customized sales plans. The manager will also coordinate inventory and promotional activities with the Sales Operations team, execute national and local event activations, and build strong relationships with professional end‑users through job‑site visits, product training and seeding. • Manage Home Depot and Lowe’s retail accounts within an assigned territory. • Analyze SalesForce, Power BI, and ShowPad data to design customer routing schedules. • Achieve quarterly and annual POS sales goals. • Collaborate with store and district managers to align retail strategies. • Develop store‑specific sales plans based on POS and promotional performance. • Coordinate inventory and promotion logistics with the Sales Operations team. • Execute national and local event activations to increase market share. • Engage key decision makers to sell customized initiatives. • Lead monthly district meetings and quality walks to ensure service accountability. • Use sales enablement tools to identify and close sales gaps. • Manage inventory, order writing, and exit strategies for special‑buy promotions. • Build relationships with professional end‑users through job‑site visits, training and product seeding. • Oversee travel, demo‑tool and other budgets to drive profitability. • Travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8‑10 per year).

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have 3‑5 years of retail sales experience in the consumer‑goods industry, are willing to travel regionally and work occasional weekends, and can lift up to 50 lb while performing ladder work. They must be proficient in Power BI, SalesForce and Microsoft Office, understand IT business systems, and pass a drug test and motor‑vehicle record check. • Possess 3‑5 years of retail sales experience in consumer goods. • Lift up to 50 lb and perform ladder work; be on feet for several hours daily. • Proficient in Power BI, SalesForce, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Pass required drug test and motor‑vehicle record screening.
