About the Role

The position involves overseeing projects through the full lifecycle—from planning and design coordination to procurement, construction, and close‑out—while maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams. You will be responsible for budget, schedule, and quality control, as well as ensuring safety, environmental, and quality compliance. • Manage infrastructure projects or work packages to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. • Support project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management activities. • Coordinate with designers, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders. • Assist with procurement processes, contract administration, and consultant management. • Monitor project progress and report on performance, risks, and issues. • Ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance across all project activities. • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes. • Hold primary fiscal responsibility and act as key liaison between the client and the project team. • Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract close‑out phases.

What You Bring

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of infrastructure projects in water, energy, transport, or civil sectors. The role is suited to a developing project professional who wants greater ownership of outcomes while working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Successful candidates will be proactive, organized, and have 3–8 years of experience delivering infrastructure projects. A tertiary qualification in engineering, project or construction management, or a related field is required, together with solid understanding of project controls, scheduling, cost and risk management, and strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
