About the Role

The FP&A Senior Financial Analyst will support the finance function by leading financial planning and analysis, delivering timely financial and operational information to internal and external stakeholders, and partnering with business leaders to set financial goals while ensuring compliance with budgets and forecasts. This role reports directly to the Director of FP&A. • Collaborate with business partners to provide financial insights and support planning and forecasting. • Perform margin analysis by department, function, or location to enable timely decision‑making. • Develop business cases for new initiatives, delivering financial analysis and modeling. • Lead the creation of business unit and departmental budgets aligned with operational efficiency and growth goals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with functional leaders across the company. • Define KPIs, conduct in‑depth analysis, and deliver insights to finance and business leadership. • Create dashboards and reports that visually communicate financial data for informed decisions. • Identify opportunities for optimization and transformation through principled entrepreneurship.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Engineering or related field; MBA a plus. • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, business planning, and reporting. • Proficient in Excel and financial planning tools such as NetSuite or Hyperion. • Strong written and oral communication with excellent presentation abilities. • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, operational finance, and complex financial models. • Ability to manage multiple projects, improve processes, and work accurately with large data sets.
