About the Role

As a Lifeguard, your primary focus is maintaining safety while guests enjoy the pool area. You will observe guests, perform designated rescue practices as needed, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. • Coordinate and direct all activities at the pool areas. • Assist and support emergency care and treatment during incidents. • Respond to any level of incident or emergency around the pool and facility. • Notify appropriate authorities and prepare written reports on accidents, incidents, hazardous conditions, and suspicious activities. • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance; occasionally handle persons over 100 pounds.

What You Bring

Eligibility is limited to all U.S. hourly team members who are not represented by a labor organization or subject to a collective bargaining agreement. Candidates must hold or obtain lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certification, be at least 16 years old, and be able to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, temperature extremes, dust, and noise. • Eligibility: all U.S. hourly team members not represented by a labor organization or subject to a collective bargaining agreement. • Hold or obtain lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certification. • Be at least 16 years of age. • Tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, heat/cold, dust, and noise. • No prior lifeguard experience required.
