Service Account Manager

About the Role

The Account Manager will drive customer development and use the CRM platform to track proposed work. The primary function is to service day‑to‑day sales requirements of existing accounts while expanding the account base through additional service lines and referrals. Key responsibilities include developing qualified maintenance and retrofit prospects, maintaining goodwill with current accounts via periodic callbacks, and preparing itineraries, calls, and follow‑ups on sales leads. The role also involves organizing technical data, assisting in bid proposals, delivering sales presentations, assisting with delinquent accounts, resolving customer complaints, and providing clear turnover details to Service Operations.
