About the Role
• Oversee daily janitorial operations and quality control for 10–20 school locations. • Manage and mentor a team of 40–100 employees, fostering an inclusive culture. • Handle full-cycle admin tasks: hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, budgeting. • Build and maintain relationships with principals, teachers, and district administration. • Conduct site inspections and provide staff support across multiple schools daily. • Coordinate project work (e.g., floor care) during breaks and holidays.

What You Bring
The position involves full-cycle administrative responsibilities such as hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting, as well as daily inspections and project coordination during school breaks. Flexible scheduling is required, with the ability to cover daytime or evening shifts as business needs evolve. Candidates must pass a comprehensive background check, possess a proactive mindset, and have prior management experience. Proficiency in Burmese, Karen, or Spanish is a strong plus. A commitment to a flexible full-time schedule and long-term stability is expected. • Adapt to shifting schedules, covering daytime or evening shifts as needed. • Pass a strict comprehensive background check. • Proficiency in Burmese, Karen, or Spanish (preferred). • Demonstrate proactive, high-energy attitude and receptiveness to feedback. • Prior management experience; janitorial/floor-care background a plus. • Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule and commit long-term.
