About the Role

The Cutover Manager will design, implement, and continuously manage a new Cutover Management Function, ensuring seamless transitions to new systems for major project implementations. The role focuses on establishing best practices, governance, and cross‑functional coordination, especially for projects moving multiple ERP applications to SAP solutions. • Define and build the Cutover Function, including frameworks, tools, and governance • Develop a scalable cutover methodology for ERP, cloud migration, digital transformation, and upgrades • Align cutover strategy with program plans and collaborate with PMO and technical leads • Integrate cutover activities with testing, deployment, data migration, and project phases • Create and maintain cutover documentation, schedules, checklists, and detailed plans • Plan and manage cutover deliverables, rehearsals, dry runs, readiness assessments, and required resources • Identify and mitigate cutover risks, establishing governance, approvals, escalations, and compliance • Act as central point of contact for business, IT leadership, vendors, and external parties for cutover coordination • Manage cutover execution and post‑cutover Hypercare, escalating issues and reporting status to leadership

What You Bring

• Minimum 7+ years project management experience with at least 3 successful ERP cutover projects • Proven ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, with risk management and governance expertise • Experience setting up a new Cutover function is desirable • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline; PMP/PRINCE2 qualification preferred
