About the Role

The position is for experienced HVAC Mechanics who will focus on commercial HVACR service. Responsibilities include maintenance, repair and replacement of heating and cooling systems, partnering with Journeymen on equipment such as centrifugal and steam turbines, and providing high‑level service to resolve facility inefficiencies. Mechanics will act as trusted advisors, delivering solutions during commissioning and aftermarket service, and preparing quotes and recommendations for customers. • Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement on commercial heating and cooling systems. • Partner with Journeymen to service centrifugal, steam turbines, and open‑drive screw chillers. • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using shaft alignment tools and vibration equipment. • Provide on‑site solutions and recommendations during commissioning and aftermarket service. • Prepare accurate quotes and identify upselling opportunities for customers. • Travel 10‑20% to support branch customers with installations, repairs, and troubleshooting. • Maintain EPA universal refrigerant license and applicable state/local certifications. • Participate in the Service Plus Rewards program and contribute to safety initiatives.
