About the Role
The role involves regular site visits to assess safety performance, client‑facing interactions to provide updates on SHEQ initiatives, and driving positive change to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within Ventia’s workforce. • Conduct thorough site inspections and record findings to meet project Health and Safety objectives. • Lead and manage ICAM and Serious Incident investigations, translating learnings into site and business improvements. • Implement Health and Safety management plans, emergency response, and business continuity planning across the contract. • Ensure Ventia SHEQ standards are integrated into the workplace. • Undertake reasonable intrastate and interstate travel as required.

What You Bring
• Hold a Certificate IV (or higher) in WHS. • Complete Lead Investigator training – ICAM. • possess a Lead Auditor qualification. • Maintain a current driver’s licence.
