About the Role
The Associate Photographer in Orlando supports Homes.com and Apartments.com by collecting media for residential listings. Equipped with a Matterport Pro 3 camera, digital camera gear, and an iPad, the photographer creates virtual tours, floor plans, and high‑quality photographs within a designated territory. Appointments are scheduled in advance, and the photographer scans homes and apartments to produce marketing‑ready visual content. This role collaborates closely with clients, sales associates, logistics staff, and the management team, while being managed remotely by a local Photography Manager. Effective communication with scheduling and dispatch teams ensures appointments are maximized and client expectations are met. When not on a residential assignment, the photographer navigates one‑mile grids to capture commercial real‑estate data and identify new inventory. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and high‑quality photographs for Homes.com and Apartments.com using Matterport Pro 3 and digital cameras. • Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and satisfy client demands. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management to prioritize tasks. • Navigate one‑mile grids to identify and photograph new commercial inventory. • Adhere to CoStar safety standards and represent the company professionally at all times.

What You Bring
The position requires up to eight hours of driving, standing, and walking each day, with the ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to five pounds. Repetitive hand and arm movements are needed for tablet and camera operation, and occasional bending, stooping, squatting, and twisting are part of the job. Work may be required on weekends on a rotating schedule and in all weather conditions. Candidates must have at least two years of professional real‑estate photography experience or a recent degree in photography, strong time‑management and detail‑orientation, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications is required. A current, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory. • Meet physical demands: up to 8 hours of driving, standing, walking; lift equipment up to 5 lb; perform repetitive hand motions. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a driving‑record check. • Possess ≥2 years of real‑estate photography experience and strong time‑management, communication, and technical skills.
